Plasterite is an attractive, weather-tight, durable cladding system utilising traditional plastering techniques and quality materials.

Using Stucco plaster over a non rigid backing, weather tightness is assured through attention to detail and the provision of a drained, ventilated cavity. Through minimised moisture levels durability is enhanced.

The Plasterite System
Plasterite allows a variety of finishes including the rustic ambience of cement based coatings.

Using a systemised process, skilled, trained and supervised staff, nominated materials and a quality checklist from framework to finish, our service is comprehensive and ensures a premium quality finish.

Our traditional Plasterite techniques utilise cavities adhering to current E2ASI standards, ensuring moisture accumulation on the internal face of cladding is avoided. Thermal bridging effects are reduced, natural ventilation is encouraged and timber frame movement is isolated from cladding surfaces ensuring maximum weather-tightness.

Building Regulations
The Plasterite cladding system exceeds the relevant sections of NZBC Clause B1 Structure, B2 Durability, E2 External Moisture and F2 Hazardous Building Materials.
